About Martin (pictured on the right)

My name is Martin Wüthrich. I have always been fascinated by developing my own business ideas. In 2021, this passion led to the idea of making empanadas better known in Zurich and introducing them to a wider audience. 

Some of the highlights of Fritz Empanada GmbH included our collaboration with Coop and operating our own sales stand at Zurich Selnau train station. I was involved in almost every area of the business from product development, sales and marketing to customer service and administration.

What has always driven me is the joy of bringing people together through good food and bringing a taste of South American food culture to Zurich. 

About Nazareno (pictured on the left)

My name is Nazareno Sanchez. I am an artist and musician from Zurich with Argentine roots. For many years, I prepared empanadas for friends, particularly after concerts and art openings. Their enthusiastic feedback inspired me to take my passion further. Together with Martin, we came up with the idea of introducing authentic Argentine empanadas to a wider audience in Zurich.

Within the company, I am primarily responsible for producing our empanadas. I place particular importance on traditional recipes, high-quality ingredients, and the authentic taste of Argentina.
